How it works

Upload photos

  • Use our Upload Photos form to send us your photos from anywhere in the world and tell us what you’d like done. If you’re unsure, we’ll provide you with a recommendation.
  • You can upload photos right from your phone. We accept many types of files, but JPG is the most popular. For best results, photos should have a resolution of 300 dpi. If your photo is smaller than 4”x6” then 600 dpi is preferable.
  • We’ll carefully review your photos and provide you with our best recommendation to restore your treasures.
  • Contact us with any technical difficulties and we’ll find a work-around.

Review your estimate

  • We’ll send you an estimate for your review and with your approval, we’ll get started. We offer 3 rounds of proofing. We generally try to complete our work in 5-7 business days, depending on our workload.
  • If you have any questions, we’re here to help. You can email or call us. We’re happy to discuss your questions over the phone.

Approval of photo proofs

  • We’ll send you proofs of your photos for your approval.
  • When you approve them, you’ll make your payment on our secure website.

Delivery of your restored photos

  • When we receive your payment, we’ll email you beautifully restored photos as digital jpg files. We’ll work with you if there’s another type of file you’d rather have.

If you’re working on a genealogy project or would like to publish a family history book, we can help. We have over 15 years of genealogical experience and can help with special projects. Please call us as these projects are priced individually.
